General description:
The differential pressure transmitters of the 982R series areused to measure differential pressure, overpressure andvacuum. They provide one adjustable pressure range andone output signal.

Applications:

Adjustable pressure range:
The end of the pressure range can be reduced to 50% of itsfactory set full scale value simply by the use of a push-button.


Easy offset calibration:
The output signal can be calibrated to zero by pressing thepush-button (pressure transmitter must be depressurised).

Configurable response time:
The response time of the output signal can be configured usinga jumper. If the jumper is in place the response time is slow(factory setting), which is useful for suppressing brief pressurepeaks. If the application requires a fast response time thejumper must be removed.

Reset:
The transmitter can be reset to its factory setting, just bypressing the push-button for >10 sec.

Mounting position:
Can be mounted in any position. The zero offset calibration eliminates any possible position error.

The DPT-IO-MOD differential pressure transmitter for air conforms to Modbus over serial line protocol, using RTU transmission mode and RS485 interface. The digital output signal is sent over Modbus enabling the DPT-IO-MOD to connect directly to a field communications network. DPT-IO-MOD requires less wiring than traditional 3-wire transmitters, since multiple devices can be connected on serial line. The DPT-IO-MOD includes an Input terminal that enables reading of multiple other signals such as temperature or control relays over Modbus. The Input terminal has two input channels designed to accept 0−10 V, ntc10k, Pt1000, Ni1000/(-LG), and BIN IN (potential free contact) signals. The differential pressure transmitter for air with IP65
The differential pressure transmitters of the 985 series are used to measure differential pressure, overpressure and vacuum.They provide up to 8 pressure ranges and 2 output signals,which are easily selectable by jumper or rotary selector switch.

Configurable pressure range For an optimum adaptation to the application, the transmitter can be switched between various pressure ranges. The factory setting is the most sensitive range. For the series 985M and 985A the less sensitive second range will be selected by simply removing a jumper. For the series 985Q the available eight ranges can be selected by a rotary selector switch.

Output signal selection: The output signal of the 3-wire version can be changed between 0 ...10 Volt and 4 ... 20 mA by removing a jumper. The series 985M is also available in a 2-wire version with 4 ... 20 mA output signal.

High precision differential pressure transmitter P26

Differential pressure transmitter with scalable measuring range and a high level of overpressure protection

The P 26 differential pressure transmitter is designed for pressure monitoring applications in cleanrooms, laboratories, pharmaceutical plants and operating theatres as well as for special uses in machine and plant construction. As well as measuring the differential pressure, the instrument also records positive and negative overpressures as well as flow rates or volumetric flows.

The measuring range is scalable in the range from 10 .. 100 %. Two optional contact points allow the user to connect visual or audible alarms that are triggered any time values rise above or fall below specified limits. The transmitter can be configured easily via an USB interface (optional) with software. This can also be performed using a keyboard and display (optional). The measured values can be displayed in all standard units. A selectable time constant allows the transmitter to be adjusted perfectly to the pressure conditions and thus ensures a stable output signal. The P 26 can be mounted either on a wall or on top-hat rails

DPT-Dual-MOD combines two differential pressure transmitters into one device. It offers a possibility to measure pressure from two different points. It has a Modbus interface and an Input terminal. When using the Input terminal, temperature transmitters can be replaced with temperature sensors. As a result you will save in costs of the devices and in the installation costs. The AHU model that includes an air flow transmitter has been designed especially for ventilation units.

DPT-Dual-MOD series devices are commonly used in HVAC/R systems for:

DPT-MOD is a multifunctional transmitter for measuring volume flow, velocity, and static and differential pressure. The measurements can be read and the configuration done via Modbus communication. DPT-MOD requires less wiring than the traditional 3-wire transmitters because multiple devices can be connected on serial line.

The DPT-MOD is used for measuring air flow or low pressures of air and non-combustible gases in order to monitor and control building automation, HVAC and cleanroom systems. It can also be used with several different measurement probes such as FloXact™ or pitot tube, and air dampers.

General description:
The differential pressure transmitters of the 984 series are usedto measure differential pressure, overpressure and vacuum.They provide up to 8 pressure ranges and 2 output signals,which are easily selectable by jumper or rotary selector switch.

Applications:
Monitoring of gaseous, non-combustible and non-aggressive media.

Possible usage areas are:
Building automation and air conditioning systems· Overpressure measurement in clean rooms and laboratories· Measurement of constant pressure in VAV applications· Dynamic filter and ventilator monitoring

Configurable pressure range:
For an optimum adaptation to the application, the transmittercan be switched between various pressure ranges. The factorysetting is the most sensitive range. For the series 984M and984A the less sensitive second range will be selected by simplyremoving a jumper. For the series 984Q the available eightranges can be selected by a rotary selector switch.

Configurable response time:
The response time of the output signal can be configured usinga jumper. If the jumper is in place the response time is slow(factory setting), which is useful for suppressing brief pressurepeaks. If the application requires a fast response time thejumper must be removed.

Easy offset calibration:
The output signal of the 984M series can be calibrated to zeroby pressing the M push-bottun in a pressureless state of thetransmitter. The series 984A and 984Q perform an automatedzero offset compensation.

Volume flow measurement (optional):
The shape of the output signal can be switched from linear tosquare root using a jumper in order to measure the volume flowvia a differential pressure.

Switching output (optional, not available with 2-wire version):
To give a switch signal at an user defined pressure level thetransmitter has an adjustable transistor switching output(npn NO) with a maximum switching capacity of 30 Vdc/100 mA.

Display (optional, not available with 2-wire version):
In addition to the analogue output signal the pressure value canbe read out on a red LED-display in Pascal or other pressure units.

Mounting position:
Can be mounted in any position. The zero offset calibration eliminates any possible position error.

Differential Pressure Transmitter-Din rail mounting P34

The P 34 differential pressure transmitter is designed for pressure monitoring applications in cleanrooms, laboratories, pharmaceutical plants and operating theatres as well as for special uses in machine and plant construction. As well as measuring the differential pressure, the instrument also records positive and negative overpressures as well as flow rates or volumetric flows. The measuring range is scalable in the range from 10 .. 100 %. Two optional contact points allow the user to connect visual or audible alarms that are triggered any time values rise above or fall below specified limits. The transmitter can be configured easily via an USB interface (optional) with software. A selectable time constant allows the transmitter to be adjusted perfectly to the pressure conditions and thus ensures a stable output signal. The P 34 can be mounted on top-hat rails.

This compact differential pressure transmitter is particularly suited to filter and pressure monitoring applications in the heating, air-conditioning and ventilation industries. An optional display allows measurement values to be read directly on-site in Pa or kPa. An optional time constant (up to 4s) allows the instrument to generate an attenuated output signal, even under fluctuating pressure conditions. To reduce wiring costs, the instrument is also available in a version with two-wire technology (optional). The PS 27 can be mounted either on a wall or on top-hat rails. The EMA 200 is a portable, battery-powered digital pressure gauge for precise measurement of positive and negative differential pressures. Because it is easy-to-use, the EMA 200 lends itself well to maintenance work and customer service applications for heating, air-conditioning and ventilation units, where it can be used for monitoring filters and measuring fireplace drafts as well as measuring flow rates and determining volumetric flows. The instrument is available with an ISO factory calibration or DAkkS calibration certificate.


The EMA 200 can be ordered in 4 different measurement ranges. The units can be changed as required: Pa and kPa are shown in the display; mbar, mmH2O, and in H2O are printed on the housing film and marked with an arrow. The temperature or rate of flow is shown in a second line on the display.
